Our company will handle personal information in accordance with this privacy policy, following the purpose of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1.Purpose of use of personal information

   We may also use payment information, such as your designated bank account, in connection with billing and confirmation of payment.
2. In order to communicate and confirm the contents of your order and shipping method, we will use your contact information such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, as well as information such as the type and quantity of the product you ordered and the billing amount.
3. We will use your usage history and contact information such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address to inform you about campaigns, surveys, and products and services that we conduct.
4. We use customer opinions, survey results, usage history, etc. to improve our services.
5. We will use your contact information, such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, to respond to your requests and inquiries.
6. In order to refuse use of our services to those who order products for fraudulent purposes, we use information such as the customer’s name, address, type and quantity of products ordered, and billed amount related to transactions that we determine to have been used for fraudulent purposes.

2.Management of Personal Information

3. For personal information stored in the system, accounts and passwords will be prepared enabling only employees who need it for business purposes use it, and access rights will be managed. Furthermore, accounts and passwords will be strictly managed to prevent leakage or loss.
4. Personal information will be deleted as needed after a certain period of time has passed since it was received, provided that this does not disrupt the service.

3.Disclosure of Personal Information

1. We will not disclose personal information to third parties without the customer’s consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

• When requested by a public institution such as a court or police based on laws and regulations
• When there are special provisions in laws and regulations
• When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the customer or a third party and the consent of the person in question cannot be obtained
• When it is necessary to protect or defend our rights, property, or services from actions that violate laws, regulations, or our terms of use and precautions, and we are unable to obtain the individual’s consent.

When we receive a request from a customer for disclosure of personal information held by our company, we will only disclose the information if we can confirm that the request is from the individual.
Note: Method of identity verification
To verify that the request is coming from you, please send a copy of your identity document (driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.) to our office.
